Job Opening: Operations & Franchise Assistant Manager (F/T) – Chino, CA


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees and support new franchisees and provides training and information on the business policies and procedures
  • Responsible for finding and developing new Lollicup Fresh franchisees for the business
  • Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning numerous employees; following up on work results
  • Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Achieves financial profit and loss by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Ensures availability of food/ drinks and services by approving local vendors; maintaining inventories
  • Markets and creates sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios
  • Secures numerous amount of money by implementing security measures
  • Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
  • Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements with landlords/ property managers
  • Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by communicating with varies of vendors for repairs
  • Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Willing to travel at least 50 miles and flexible
  • Able to attend monthly meetings

  • Salary DOE – $2700-$3200
  • Health/Dental available after three-month probation period
  • 401K after one year employment
